I just finished reading Souliko’s book, and I must say I really enjoyed this journey through worlds and centuries, following along the steps of this peculiar human soul, torn between vulnerability, sensibility, and willpower. Thank you for this journey, which definitely requires a follow- up!

I started reading « Nouvelles du Revenir » as soon as I got it in the mail. I could not put it down, and quite enjoyed its precise, concise and descriptive writing. All its short stories are connected by an invisible and mystic thread, all its female characters, whether it be grown women or girls, are driven by the same contagious energy. There is rage in those lines sometimes, and a lot of willpower, coexisting with doubt and fear. I particularly enjoyed the take on Jesus’s life, which made me think of another book named Judas, whose author I can’t re- member. I will send this book to several of my friends and let you know what they think. Souliko has a real potential and it would be a shame not to share it. Thank you for the read.

I just finished reading your book and I am still shaken by it! It’s beautiful! The meaning of the soul’s reincarnation is made very clear to the reader, without being pushed on the novice. A beautiful literary voice, a rich choice of words, historical, ge- ographic facts, in depth ideas on humanity and spirituality. It’s a delight. I am glad to see my intuition about Jesus and Marie Magda- lena’s ties with the Merovingiens, a connection I searched for a few years ago but to no avail ! And you’re handing it to me on a plate! Also, the way in which you bring up notions of parthenogen- esis is subtle, and thus does not come as a shock to the lay audience, although the forgotten, secret knowledge and true nature of this revolutionary notion remains present. I strongly recommend reading Souliko’s work, a story told from tale to tale, where echoes are found throughout each short story. It presents unusual and interesting ideas too. Whether in its development or points of view. I was quite impressed! I think I want to reread it now, as I feel one reading was not enough to grasp its depth. Well, I for one liked this book.
